Picture Becoming Clearer In Leinster Minor FC
Round 4 games were played in the Electric Ireland Leinster Minor Football Championship on Wednesday, 27th June and the picture has become somewhat clearer in both groups.
The top two teams from Groups 1 and 2 after the final round of games next Tuesday evening will progress to the quarter-finals.
Meath are already guaranteed a place in the last four after surviving a late scare against Offaly in Navan, while Wicklow are back in the hunt after a tremendous victory over Dublin in Parnell Park. But Dublin and Offaly are not out of the race yet. Only an unlikely series of results would give Louth a glimmer of hope.
Kildare are also through from Group 2 and will be joined by either Laois or Longford.
