Leinster Minor FC Games On Bank Holiday Monday
Bank Holiday Monday will be a busy afternoon for the Minor footballers from ten counties in Leinster, who open their 2018 championship campaigns.
With the age limit reduced to Under 17 this season, the format has been changed also. The 11 counties involved have been split into two groups, with the top two teams in each progressing to the semi-finals.
Three rounds will be held in May, before a break until the end of June and then the provincial championship will conclude in July.

• If two teams tie for Qualifying positions – the outcome of the game between them decides otherwise score difference.
• If three or more teams tie for Qualifying positions – score difference will decide.
• Home & Away arrangements as heretofore apply to Semi Finals only.
• All Group Games at Home Venue.
• Minor Final and Shield Final double header at Neutral Venue.
