Last weekend saw the Final pairing of the Wexford Senior Football Championship being confirmed. Shelmaliers will take on Kilanerin in this years decider on Sunday 14^th October.

Shelmaliers overcame a strong Starlights side on a score line of 2-16 to 0-12 points. The other Semi Final saw Kilanerin beating St Martins by a solitary point 2-09 to 0-14.

Hurling

The Wexford Senior Hurling Championship is down to just two following the weekends Semi Final clashes.

The first game on Sunday saw Oylegate Glenbrien let a lead slip to Naomh Eana who went onto win by 4 points in a game that was not short of goals. The final score was 4-07 to 3-14. The second Semi Final saw reigning Champions St Martins reaching the Final once again. they overcame the challenge of the Raperees on a soreline of 5-15 to 0-14.
